After our adventures to Saltillo, Marion went out with the girls (a.k.a. all the other foreign hire teachers at our campus!) to a football game. (For all you "uncultured" folks, that is known as a soccer game in US & Canada.)
It was pretty exciting, and from where we were sitting, all of the players looked pretty hot. There was a section which must have been the "Extreme Fans Only" spot - much unlike the previously-known "Molson Zone" in the previously-named Molson Centre in Montreal. Whereas the Molson Zone had hot girls and free pizzas, this area of the Tigres game had crazy, sweaty, mostly shirtless, blue-and-yellow clad (their pants & their now in-the-air-and-off-their-bodies shirts), flag-waving, foot-stomping, loudly-cheering, wildly-dancing, fans (and no free pizza or hot girls - at least from where we were seated)!
My theory is that they had to audition to be seated in this area, 'cause they never stopped singing or dancing. And anytime anyone scored a goal, a bunch of them would run up and down the stadium steps.

A closer glimpse of the crazy fan section.
The other noteworthy event was the half-time giant beer can that danced, and the amazingly yummy hot dog I got - complete with optional chili, of course!
As I write this, I realize that my commentary is mainly about the fans' zone - which was probably the most unexpected part of the Tigres game. The rest you can watch on TV - and you don't need me to tell you about it. It is as exciting as they make it seem though!
