Ruth's Chris Steakhouse

Tonight we went on a date...with Kaeden. He did not cooperate, but everyone sure thought he was cute. Nonetheless, we used up our certificates from one of the student's parents for a VERY nice meal. We had:

• Lobster Bisque
• Crabcakes
• Caesar Salad
• 12-oz filet (me) & an 18-oz T-bone steak (Kris) - seared at 1800F and served on a 500F plate!
• Baked potato
• Potatoes au gratin
• Broccoli au gratin
• Sauteed mushrooms
• Red wine

We couldn't afford anymore than that! :) We enjoyed it thoroughly!!
