Exams & Pylons

We had school-wide exams today.
Yep, even the second graders had to sit 80-minute quarter exams. And yep, even though they just had their unit projects and tests two weeks before. And a final yep, even though these exams aren't passed on from year to year, and there are no objectives for standardizing, and goals for why these are taken.

Our only guess is that somehow there must be prestige to having quarterly exams.
