Interesting food-related events happened in my life today here in Taiwan:
1. At Costco, I got to eat Peking Duck Pizza. It’s got the sauce, the green onions and the duck – all of it on a pizza crust. Yummy!
2. Costco was the only place I could get ground beef (other than at the outdoor markets where the meat isn’t refrigerated). They have stopped importing U.S. ground beef and won’t grind up the cuts they have there – so no more tacos and ma po tofu for a while. Boo!
