Out with the Girls

J and H and I went out on a little adventure day today. We randomly picked things to do, and had a blast! J & I were introduced to a new favourite restaurant, Yang Bao Bao, which has amazing Taiwanese food. Then, the three of us discovered Kaohsiung Metropolitan Park (really close to us, but I don’t think any of us had been to it!), and also the Ciatou Sugar Refinery. The latter was a real find, as it turns out to be more than just a rundown factory, but a little educational centre about what was once a huge industry in Taiwan as well as a bike path, go-kart track, BBQ place, and has Kaohsiung’s Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum.
